How To Make A Difference For Yourself And Others

When I first heard about network marketing and home based business, I had no idea what it was about and I hadn't been searching for it.ﾠ Not that my life was exactly what I wanted, i ﾠjust had no exposure to it prior to this time.ﾠ It was a few years later that I thought of my first introduction as something that was really part of my destiny.ﾠ

It seems to be that most people want to leave their mark on this world.ﾠ Maybe they don't know quite how to get that done and maybe they don't believe they have that much to offer.

People say we all seek recognition and will do more for that reward than for money.ﾠ Doesn't it make sense that it could just be the best of both worlds if you find a way of gaining some well deserved recognition and making an income as well?

That's what I see as the real heart of network marketing.ﾠ I was introduced to the concept about seventeen years ago, at a very sad time in my life.ﾠ I felt lost, unimportant and especially heartbroken because I couldn't seem to makeﾠa difference to my very troubled teenage son.ﾠ What I had learned in 48 years of life, was all the negative stuff that gets drilled into us by newspapers, television and radio and even well-meaning friends and family.

All of a sudden, I was thinking really hard about what life was about and what was my purpose here?ﾠEver done that yourself?ﾠI felt there was something missing. Something I hadn't learned or didnt understand but ﾠI just didn't know where ﾠto look or what to look for.ﾠﾠAbout this time, an acquaintance introduced me to the concept of network marketing and instantly, I felt I had been transported "toﾠanother planet"!ﾠ

People I met were hopeful, excited about life and working for themselves to develop a better life through a business opportunity.ﾠ They shared story after story of how they had made a difference in the lives of the people who joined their businesses.ﾠﾠEven though I didn't quite know what it was about, norﾠif I could do anything, I felt a connection and a desire to be a part of something that offered this "new way" of looking at life and a new way of seeing my future.ﾠ

Now, I had no idea of what was in store for me and my family but I knew that it was a path I had to take.ﾠThis kind of certainty may not come to the majority of people who have set out to find a business.ﾠIn fact it appears to be quite confusing with all the opportunities that exist (there were a lot even all those years ago).ﾠFor me. . .it was like uncovering a lost treasure or really like finding out that I had come out of a coma and remembered how much good could be done and that I had been given a way to do it.ﾠ

Searching for a home based business can be daunting.ﾠThe hype out there is the size of Mount Everest!ﾠYou dont get rich overnight and you certainly cant sit at home on the couch in front of TV or a computer and see hundreds of dollars fly into your bank account.ﾠAnything of solid value is going to take work and time and learning.ﾠ

But I believe that part of what people are missing in most JOBS is that they dont have the opportunity to become who they were meant to be and to help others on that same journey.ﾠIf you become good at helping enough people learn and earn, then you can earn an amazing income.ﾠWhere else can you get paid to develop a team of close friends and share some extraordinary product or service?ﾠ

Now. . .dont tell me sports because while that can be very rewarding, it certainly leaves out a lot of people who are not athletic but who have so much to share with others.ﾠSo much talent and inspiration is smothered by the school of life and by money challenges and by not feeling there is more to be lived and shared!

I just feel more people need to understand that with purpose and passion, ﾠthere is a way to become more, have more and do more and that you can make a tremendous difference in the lives of people and because of that concept.ﾠYou can earn a part- time or substantial ful- time income.ﾠIts available and its ﾠa pure business model that is truly based on value to others.ﾠIn order to give real value to others, you must first see the value in yourself and believe in what youre doing.ﾠ

To get there, you will have to be open minded, do some research and trust that you can be a part of something so much bigger than yourself and just earning a living.ﾠThere are so many good products and services and such a huge market of people whose lives can be improved by finding out about them.ﾠYou can share what you learn and by doing that, you can create a whole new life and Make A Difference In The Lives of Others!
