Positive Thinking By Revealing Mind Power Most Powerful Secrets

Joel Chue

モPositive thinkingヤ I am pretty sure you are familiar with these 2 words. For those who see these 2 words for the first time, positive thinking is about being positive and optimistic about things. I am sure some of you think that it is easy to be optimistic. Yes, positive thinking can be easy on a normal day. But can you still stay positive when something terrible happened to your life today? So, positive thinking is a skill that needs to be practiced as we are not wired to be positive thinkers. And now, I will share with you more on what positive thinking is and how you can use it to improve your life.

When we are optimistic, we generate positive emotions and these emotions are necessary to widen our thinking. It is important that we widen our thinking as when you met with arduous times, we only have our own mind to pull us through. Imagine yourself thinking negatively in times of trouble, you will naturally feel down, depressed, discourage and unmotivated. You will not bother to think of solutions to get yourself out of the mess. Your mind automatically narrows down to only feeling down and not anything else. On the other hand, if you think positively, you will feel hope, courage and motivation. Your mind widens and you are able to think of solutions to solve your problems.

I am sure you want to know how to create an effective positive statement and so let's get on to it. First of all, I want to let you know that creating a positive statement is extremely easy. The toughest part is keep up to your own promise to repeat it daily. Not many people can do that. Present tense is a must in your positive statements. Also, remove any negative thing in your positive statement. Do not say things like "I am not fat". Change the whole thing and say it like "I am fit and extremely healthy.ヤ This is a very important point you have to remember as your brain does not registered negative things. So, when you say "I am not fat." Your mind will read it as "I am fat".

Next, I am going to share with you some activities and exercises you can do relating to positive thinking. One simple exercise you can practice daily is positive affirmations. All you have to do is to take your positive statement you have made and repeat it to yourself every morning. This is an effective tool to make you feel energetic and powerful. Thus, you will have the energy and motivation to last through the days. It also reminds you of your goals and allows you to follow through your action plan.

The next activity you can do is listening to positive and motivational music. This music are a great source of inspiration and energy. Furthermore, they are convenient to listen as you can listen in your car when you are on your way to work.

The last activity I am going to share with you is filling your workplace with positive and motivational posters. These consistently eliminates any negative thoughts in your mind as when any negative thought arises, all you have to do is to look at any posters and the negative thought becomes a positive one. Now that you have some knowledge on positive thinking, you are on your way to your route to success in life.
