EmploymentCrossing>EmploymentCrossing Has the Best Job Search Features Compared To Any Other Job Board

Andrew Harrison Barnes Harrison Barnes

Are you tired of all the hassles of looking for a job? One of the biggest problems or time-consuming tasks that irritates me is searching the job boards. The two bigger ones I use are www.CareerBuilder.com and www.Monster.com. Well, I recently discovered a site that combines all the jobs on all the job sites! This wonderful site is found at www.EmploymentCrossing. They import jobs from over 250,000 sources, nationally and locally. This site is so easy to use too. I was able to go in and select the type of job I wanted, input my state and a few of the local towns, and there it was. A list of all the jobs that are available. Since this site combines all available jobs, I only had to check one site.

As a job searcher, your time is precious. I for one dont want to have to go through 3 or 4 or 5 job boards sorting out the openings Ive seen from the ones I havent. I dont have time for that. I think its the same as going to several local towns and buying a copy of all the different papers. Who has that kind of time? I sure dont. I want to go to a site, put in my search criteria and have all the available positions right in front of me.

EmploymentCrossing is the site that will do that. Its like watching the leading CNN to get all the news instead of watching a feed from each part of the country. All the jobs are there. As hard as it is to believe, over 200,000 were added this week, 50,000 being added today alone. Clearly, this site has the most jobs.

One great feature of this site is that it offers separate sites by profession. So if you are a nurse or a retail manager, you have your one specialized site. This site literally hands you what youre looking for, all in one location. You can also save up to 5 specialized searches. That feature makes this site far more convenient. Many of us in this age are unsure of what type of job we want, or what city we want to work in. Use of these searches, which are savable, will save you time and effort.

You have the option of email as well as receiving daily job alerts. Get this job posters can post for free. That simply means more jobs for you to choose from. Why would an employer want to go to a site and pay hundreds of dollars to post their opening when they can post as many as they want here for free?

And heres probably the best part, EmploymentCrossing does charge a small fee. Yes, I said that is the best part, a real benefit. By not having this as a free site, you have access to premium jobs with less people applying for them. This means your application will be seen more often, and you will be viewed as a serious applicant. Over on the other site, anyone can click those buttons and apply for all the jobs at once. Do you really think the employer reviews all those apps?

Take a few minutes and check out this great site. I wasnt sorry that I did!
