Wearing high heels, a lot of walking and all night walking sometimes results to tire or swallow foot. Here are some useful tips that can help you to relieve tired and swallow foot.
Remedies to relief feet
You should rest your feet in above position for 10 minutes. You can either take the support of wall or do it without any support. Having any kind of swelling in feet will disappear after following this tip as trapped fluids travel back your legs towards your heart.
If you are pregnant and your feet are paining then, you can give some relief to your feet by mixing a half-cup of Epsom salts with a few drops of peppermint oil in a tub of warm water. Soak your feet for 10 minutes.
Pedicures are best way to pamper your feet. You can remove the dead skin with the help of pumice stone or file then soak in warm water. It will prove effective way to relief pain of feet. The peppermint lotion is perfect option for freshening and soothing tired feet.
Pour a cup of milk and half cup of lemon juice in a blender and mix the both well. Take a large bowl and transfer the soak in it. Now, put your feet in. Rest for about 15 minutes, take your feet out and dry them properly. Apply a good amount of any hydrating cream and put on a pair of warm cotton socks. It is a good remedy for relieving swallow feet.
