A Guide To Perfectly Shaped Eyebrows
Donna Bradshaw
Before preparing your eyebrows one of the main things you may need to take into account is to make sure that your eyebrow colour matches that of your hair, or a lighter shade. If you are originally dark haired but have dyed your hair blonde your eyebrows will totally miss-match, and vice-versa. The best thing to do if you fall into this class is to alter your eyebrow shade as necessary, either by toning it down or bringing the shade up to a lighter tone.
It is a well acknowledged fact that ones eyebrows should be in total relation to the face, as a good styled and good fashioned set of eyebrows will improve and add to the overall form of your eyes and face. So any make-up applied to the eye area will highlight and illustrate them allowing the natural beauty of your eyes to stand out.
From personal experience one of the ways to pluck your eyebrows into the shape that you want is by taking time and plucking the bottom of the eyebrow first as this will get rid of the entire collection of stray hairs that have grown in this region. Many people are inclined to pluck from the uppermost part first and against the natural growth of the hair, although this will utterly defeat the purpose of a chic eyebrow because if you start from the uppermost part you will lose that normal curve shape that occurs and risk ruining the eyebrow.
Many of you that havent plucked before may not know but eyebrow plucking can be excruciating! Some enjoy the curious pain but many wince at the notion. If you are like me and find the process a little uncomfortable and sore, try using a cooling oil or balm to take the throb off the plucking. Nevertheless, if you are hesitant dont attempt it to begin with.
If you have any doubt going to see a professional can be low-cost and can save you the problem of doing it yourself if they have begun to spiral out of control. Eyebrow consultants will use a selection of methods to take away the hair around your eyebrow such as waxing, plucking and threading.
Once you have visited a professional, or once you have managed to form a style for yourself, keep your eyebrows in shape by just clearing the hairs that grow back in random places, in turn this will help you keep a great set of eyebrows.
