It is long shot, but the short answer is yes. Look, there has been many diseases that have been wiped out by a vaccine, for example polio. Why is it so hard to believe if everybody waited to have sex until they were married to their best friend that STD's would be eliminated? We actually have the cure available to us all we have to do is use it.
