Parenting a special needs child

Caroline Gaibel

Why Did I Create This FREE CD?

Because, quite frankly, I just want to help parents of special needs children. I know how hard it is to be a parent- (I should know, I have 5 children) but being a parent of one special needs child is more demanding than all the other 4 children put together!

So I know how you feel. After 10 years of struggling with how to deal with Special Needs I wanted to share all the lessons I have accumulated-- with YOU.

I thought: what’s the best way of giving you the best lessons of my 10 years of experience in an easy-to-apply package? So I made you this CD which will…

- reduce the frustration level of your special needs child

- fine-tune your parenting so it actually focuses and calms your child

- reduce your own frustration level and give you a sense of mastery

I Want To Give Parents These Essential Tools So You And Your Special Needs Child Will Succeed

Does your child have too many Meltdowns? Are there frustrations and upsets every day that you would like to avoid?

We need to work with a Mind -Body approach to help our special needs children. If we are sensitive to the message that their restless and fidgety bodies are giving us, and work with that energy, then we can help to focus their minds much easier. A calm body will lead to a calm mind and that leads to a calmer, happier child.

Every child has a different learning style. Every child can learn, if you help them learn in the correct way.

We have to understand what our child needs and then include that style to make learning a fun experience.

My Patience Was Running Out! My Child Was Often Out Of Control! Surely It Doesn't Have To Be That Hard!

Guess What!...It Doesn't!

I Want To Make Sure You Have A Positive Experience With Your Special Needs Child

"I Never Expected It Would Be This Hard"

My child has so many meltdowns and tantrums after coming home from school from having made such an effort to behave all day. I see the frustration and humiliation from the effort of trying to keep up with other kids the whole day and struggling to be equal. It makes me feel so sad to see the difficulties she expresses.

I wish I had known that there were these ways to help and then I could have helped to make school better a lot earlier. Now I understand that just giving her emotional support is not enough.

She needs a whole program of physical and mental activities that will support her.

I Don't Want To feel this helpless!"

Going to an OT or a social skills group or a physical therapist is time consuming and expensive. The sessions are short and then we go home to the same mess.

I need information to empower me as a parent to a special needs child so that I can create miracles at home to help my child reach her full potential.

Until now I always felt," What do I need to do? Where do I begin? " With this program, I see I can really make a difference and help my child develop significantly from home?

Nobody has ever shown me that I, the parent can make an enormous difference and achieve great success from home.

"Why Is This Such A Secret? There Must Be Better Solutions Out There."

I was looking for something that was a complete approach to enabling my special needs child to reach her full potential. But I was just getting bits and pieces from every different therapist that didn't connect together into a whole system that I could use at home.

When you look at it, the parent is with the child the most time out of everybody. More than the teachers and all the therapists put together . Yet no one has given the parent a program of fun techniques and strategies that can help to get our children to flourish....Until Now!

I have collected all my experience as an expressive movement therapist and a teacher, and let's not forget, as a mother of 21 years together with recommendations from psychotherapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, special needs coordinators and created a Mind-Body program that you can easily do from the comfort of your own home.

Step by step I found the best experts and resources and I tried all of them out in my family

Every idea has been tested and proved to be so helpful that you would be crazy not to try it. I have taken the best recommendations from these therapists and incorporated them together with my years of experience in creative movement and teaching and I made a program which is practical, helpful and just plain fun. It's a relief to finally have something that helps.

Don't deny yourself the opportunity of bringing calm to your household.

Wouldn't it be great to see your child focused and calm? Don't you want to feel that you are not going through this experience in isolation but that someone out there really understands your situation and can actually help?

I had to become advocate for my child in a society that doesn’t know how to deal with special needs children!

Learn what works for your child so that you can help him to advance and not stand in his way.

Learn how to advocate for your child so that he can be supported correctly by teachers at school and at extra-curriculum programs.

Learn all the techniques that can help improve your child's social skills so that there doesn't have to be a mini-drama everytime there is a playdate.

Get out of the rut of frustration and venting and start using these ideas that will bring fun back to your family.

Now I'm Going To give you the 4 most essential and easy-to-apply secrets!
