Better Golf Swing

Nearly every golfer I have played with wants to shoot a lower score. They relish the "great shot" with distance and accuracy. They really do enjoy beating their partners. The problem is that these shots are all too infrequent to give them confidence that they can do it again and again.

When you hit the ball with the right swing, the right timing and right where you wanted the ball to go, ahhhh- that is sweet. When you are in the sand trap, the woods, the water trap, the wrong fairway or only 50 yards off the tee box, that is not so sweet.

For over 30 years I have treated many outstanding athletes from high school, college and professional levels. The focus of the treatment was to improve performance. I currently work with professional baseball players as a member of the sports medicine team for a professional baseball team.

When the body is in balance on all energy levels their performance potential can be reached. This is very critical in the high speed and precise action of a golf swing. Small imbalances can be very detrimental to power and timing required to hit the ball where you want it to go. Most strokes you take in a round of golf require your best timing and power.

Inconsistency and frustration are frequent partners on the course for most golfers. For most the attempts to remedy the problem on the course does not give confidence. Working with a good coach can help yet you seem to have repeated problems

Coaching helps temporarily then you seem to lose what was working so well at first. Old nerve, muscle and energy patterns return unless you spend hours creating new muscles habits. Even then it may not be complete due to energy imbalance that causes muscles to compensate. This will cause your swing to become erratic again. Your clubs are only as good as you swing and timing.

When your muscles have a balanced energy flow they can respond to the nerve stimulus that creates your ideal swing with power and accuracy. This increases the distance and accuracy of the shot and reduces your chance of injury. There is a simple and highly effect way to have your body function with balanced energy.

I have used these points with many athletes for many years to improve performance. You can “treat� yourself at home, at work even on the course between shots. The Pinch Test is a place to start to see what level of imbalance you have. A major side effect is better health and productivity besides improving your golf game.
