I am sure that in your expirience in the MLM or Network Marketing industry you have always been told to make a list of your warm market (your family and friends) because they know you and there is a great chance that they will join what you have to offer. Am I right, so far?

Well, as you probably already know, or already found out, this is terrible advice. it's probably the worst advice that someone can give you. I mean, if you were approached by a friend or family member about a business opportunity and they couldn't even tell you how it worked, (instead they tell you that you need to talk with this other person) would you feel very confident about joining them? I know I wouldn't!

I have learned throughout the years that the best time to recruit people that you know is when you are actually making an income... the results will speak for themselves, and you those you're closest to will approach you. So the first step then, is to learn the company's business plan. Then, you will need a system to bring people in front of your offer, and funnel out those who are not interested.

There is really no excuse to continue to fail with MLM. With the power of the Internet you can begin to recruit people from countries that you have never even heard of before. The only person that's going to be holding you back is yourself. And of course, there's going to be a lot of things that you're going to have to learn and apply all the time. There is always a learning curve when doing something you've never done before. Starting a business, is not like a job. You must take accountability for your actions. You, are the boss.

Listen, it has not been easy for me to succeed on the Internet, and begin building an MLM business. I have failed many times and I will fail many more. I have learned, that it is through failure that we find our greatest success. Micheal Jordan is quoted as saying this;

"I've missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed."
