A good athlete has to have a winning attitude when playing. An athlete must have a stable mind when performing. It is imperative that a athlete is mentally ready for the game. Its about sports psychology.

A good mental attitude defines success in athletes. Athletes spend most of their time preparing for the game such as;

· Weight lifting which will help athletes maintained their physical appearance, and help keep them in shape.

· Counseling – this method assist athletes with any issues they may be facing. It also supports them and will help deal with any situation so it will not affect their performance.

· Practice – this method is necessary and sometimes takes hours at a time. Practice helps prepare an athlete for the game they are about to endure both mentally and physically. Practice also guarantees a successful athlete or anyone who puts forth the effort to completing an accomplishing something.

It is important to complete some basic steps that are technical before evaluating psychology methods. Some famous athletes that endured the basic steps are;

· Tiger Woods

· Apollo Ono

Each of these athletes spends hours in preparing mentally and physically before beginning their sport. It takes time, dedication, commitment and most importantly a lot of effort to become successful in their sport.

It is imperative that we as athletes become accountable for our own actions, thoughts and feelings to maintain a mental stability to level when playing sports. Mental distractions can destroy or bad decisions made that can affect the performance of an athlete.

2. Prioritize your life.

3. If you desire to change, sometimes risk are involve.

4. Make a plan and take the right action to solve any difficulties that you may be dealing with.
