MLM Leader, Larry Beacham taught me how to go from good to great

Jamie Brown

I newly hired a personal trainer to help me take it to the next level in my workouts. In between the box squats and the rowing machine from the pit of torment I had the subsequent two thoughts in regards to personal training and MLM training…and what they have in common.

#1 – It Costs Something To Go To The Next Level. Sure, you can “keep fit” on your own…and you can see a few improvements in doing that; however, if you want to see what you’ve really got…it often takes someone pushing you past the limits you thought had forever existed. When it comes to MLM…we have to be prepared to invest in books, listen to trusted industry leaders, and focus. We need to be prepared to pay whatever the cost to hone ourselves as leaders.

#2 – You Can’t Cheat If You would like To Go To The Next Level. NOW…I could have lied and told him that I simply could not do anymore. AND…that would have been the comfortable way out. When it came right down to it…I am the only one who really knew the truth. BUT…this notion hit my mind, “Why in the heck would I want to lie. I am only going to get out of this what I put into it,” and then I BLASTED through several more reps (and then crawled to my automobile!) As a leader…I am the one who has to be prepared to admit when something is or is not right with me personally. I can peruse books and go to conferences…but if I do not assume the time afterwards to process through the information…all I become is a consumer and not truly a learner.

Much like my need for a personal trainer, I realized the identical was accurate for my Network marketing business. In my online pursuit, I came across Larry Beacham. After much research, I determined to hire Larry Beacham to be my MLM instructor. I wanted to make sure I got someone who could show me how to go to the next level in my MLM. Before I permitted Larry right of entry into my life, I asked myself numerous questions. Questions like, Is Larry approachable? Does Larry have sound people skills and care about who I am? Is Larry more interested in making a quick dollar off me, or building a long-term relationship? Does he have a system that I can use that can be duplicated by my team? Will Larry point me in the right direction and assist me even if I don’t join up his business?

The answers to all of these questions are, YES. Larry has been a mammoth part of my achievement and I’m so thankful for his leadership and compliance to train myself as well as several others in the MLM industry.

MLM training is critical if you want to have real success in Network Marketing that will endure the test of time. The common existence in the network marketing industry is 63 days. Worse yet, 97% of network marketers are deteriorating. Stop becoming a statistic and begin dominating!
