I first stumbled across his blog when I saw his interview at the Lifestyle Business Podcast iTunes channel where he shared about managing a team of around 200 staff in his business. After listening to that interview I thought it’d be great to get in contact with Chris to find out more about how he manages so many staff and why he does this. Since then we’ve really struck a chord and have been talking about outsourcing to create a Lifestyle Business.
The reason why I interviewed Chris is because his an expert in Outsourcing to the Philippines. His currently got close to 200 staff in his business and they are all helping medium to large businesses outsource their work.
