How to Save Money when Purchasing Logo Chocolate Business Gifts

How to Save Money when Purchasing Logo Chocolate Business Gifts

If you are like most companies, your client mix ranges from occasional purchasers to big spenders. While it makes sense to tailor your holiday gifts to client size or annual expenditure, how can you create different gift levels without making it too complicated?

One way, if you have a reasonably large client base, is through a combined pricing program. Here is how it works: You can put your logo on a large piece of chocolate, which can be given on its own or to create more substantial gifts, find logo chocolate gifts that have the same size centerpiece in three or more price ranges, add additional pieces of bite-size chocolate to surround the customized centerpiece. With a minimum order for each size the result could be small, medium and large logo chocolate gifts where only one set-up fee is charged and there is a lower per-unit cost based on quantity.

Another thing to note is that once you pay that set up fee for the centerpiece, you will not need to pay it again when ordering any of the same size logo chocolate gifts you originally ordered for your holiday gifts.

One of the questions we frequently hear is if our customers can keep their chocolate molds? Actually, the factory will keep your chocolate logo on file for you for two years. It can be reused by you on the same exact items you purchased the first time you ordered. Your logo chocolate mold is actually not a mold at all. It is a plate the size of your logo or text that fits into the factory master plate for the larger piece of chocolate. If you decide to go with a different piece of chocolate, something that will require your brand to be bigger or smaller in comparison to the piece already made or formed differently than the first you quite likely will need to pay another set up charge. Many companies however order the same chocolate logo holiday gifts year after year in the sizes they need instead of switching to something that is very different.
